If you charge enrolment fees such as bonds/advance fees/security deposits, you can do this in two ways:
Option 1) Manually set-up instructions in your Offer Email Template with Payment Instructions
Option 2) Connect your MyWaitlist Account to PayPal

Be specific in your offer letter and attach any documentation to direct families to make payment. See example below. Ensure you insert the placeholder @{BondAmount}, as this will automatically populate when you are at the offer stage and sending out offer letters.

When it comes time to making Offers, you can specify a bond amount/enrolment fee, which will automatically populate into your offer template if you have used the placeholder @{BondAmount}. For instructions on how to send out offers please see 'How to make an Offer of a place'.
