How to set-up tour booking rules?

1. Click ‘Tours’ on the header menu
2. Click ‘Settings’ on the LH menu bar
3. Default settings are tabled below in the screenshot - configure your settings.
4. Click 'Save' to complete.

Note, SMS will not be sent unless the SMS notification feature is turned on. If you do not wish to use our SMS feature, click ‘Settings’ in the header menu then select ‘SMS Notifications' on the LH menu bar.

Furthermore, if you choose to not send a follow-up email/SMS, families will not receive the ‘Feedback Survey’.
