There are 5 email templates associated with tour management. At each stage of a tour booking, parents will receive the following communications:
- Confirmation
- Reminder
- Thank You for Attending (includes Feedback Survey link)
- Reschedule
- Cancellation
To view the default wording, and to change each template:
- Click ‘Settings’ on the header menu
- Click ‘Email Templates’ on the LH menu bar
- Choose the desired tour email template you wish to customise and click the ‘pencil’ icon to edit
- Edit your email template using the text editor
- Click ‘Apply’ button to complete

Note, the placeholder icon is useful for inserting URLs specific to tours e.g. reschedule a tour, cancel a tour, view tour details, feedback survey etc…
