There are 5 email templates associated with tour management. At each stage of a tour booking, parents will receive the following communications:
- Confirmation
- Reminder
- Thank You for Attending (includes Feedback Survey link)
- Reschedule
- Cancellation
To view the default wording, and to change each template:
1. Click Settings on the header menu and Edit on the selected service.
2. Click Email Templates on the left-hand menu bar.
3. Choose the desired tour email template you wish to customise and click the pencil icon to edit
4. Edit your email template using the text editor
5. Click Apply button to complete
The placeholder icon is useful for inserting URLs specific to tours e.g. reschedule a tour, cancel a tour, view tour details, feedback survey etc
Note: Avoid copy-pasting the placeholders outside the MyWaitlist template editor. This might break the placeholder links. Your placeholder links should look like the sample below:
