Click on the action button ‘View’ which will direct you to the family’s waitlist application summary page
Locate ‘Tours’ section by scrolling down
Locate the tour that you wish to reschedule and use the drop-down menu to select ‘Reschedule’
Select centre and select calendar
Choose your date and time, and click ‘Next’ (bold dates represent available tour slots) Note, if you are choosing a time outside your regular set-up time slots, click the checkbox ‘Choose Custom Date & Time’.
