How to sync my tour calendar with my email calendar?

You can subscribe to all booked tours and view them in your own personal calendar e.g. Outlook, Gmail, iPhone/iPad, Android, Mac OSX etc.

1. Click ‘Tours’ on the header menu
2. Click ‘Booked Tours’ on the left-hand menu bar.
3. Locate your unique URL above all of your tour bookings
4. Manually insert the URL into your calendar. Do not attempt to click the link or copy it into your browser.

If you have set-up multiple tour calendars in MyWaitlist, all booked tours across all calendars will sync. You cannot subscribe to individual tour calendars.

To view instructions for your specific calendar, you may like to visit Mac OSX, Outlook, iPhone/iPad, Android or Gmail.

Note, URL does not require authentication and hence should be shared only with users with required access.
