How can I control which enquiries can book a tour after they submit a form?

How to connect your Waitlist Form and Tour Booking Form:

Step 1: Click on ‘Settings’ in the header menu

Step 2: Click ‘Waitlist Form’ on the left-hand sub menu

Step 3: Select the Waitlist Form you would like to edit by clicking on the pencil button

Step 4: Check the box ‘Allow parents to book tours' and create some conditional rules based on a child’s care age and care date required.

Step 5: Click ‘Save Settings’ once happy.

For Multi-Centre Forms:

If you have checked the box 'Allow parents to book tours' in your group enquiry form, then the family will be presented with the Tour Booking Form for each childcare service they selected.
