How can I control which leads can access the tour booking form after an enquiry?

How to connect your enquiry form and tour booking form:

Step 1: Click on ‘Settings’ in the header menu

Step 2: Click ‘Quick Enquiry Form’ on the left-hand sub menu

Step 3: Select the Quick Enquiry Form you would like to edit by clicking on the pencil button

Step 4: Check the box ‘Allow parents to book tours' and create some conditional rules based on a child’s care age and care date required.

Step 5: Click ‘Save Settings’ once happy.

If you enquiry form includes multiple services:

If you have checked the box 'Allow parents to book tours' in your group enquiry form, then the family will be presented with the Tour Booking Form for each childcare service they selected.
