Parents can edit their own waitlists by logging into MyWaitlist from the centre unique link (click here for more information on your unique link) or from www.mywaitlist.com.au
1. Select "Sign In" > "Parents" on the home page
2. Parents can login with Facebook OR their email address and password
3. Select the "Sign In" button
4. From here, parents can edit any request by clicking on the drop-down arrow and selecting 'Edit'. Note: if a parent has multiple waitlist requests with different services, prior to submitting the changes, an option will appear to make the changes to all services. This will then notify every centre via email of the changes.
Parents can also add a child within the portal by selecting the "Add Child" option from the drop-down menu and following the same prompts as below. More info here.
5. The edit pages will look like the below. Please ensure you select "update" at the bottom of each page.
