Occasionally parents may create multiple waitlist requests with different email logins and they may wish to merge all requests under a single email login. To do so, they need to follow these steps.
1. Login to the account that they wish to retain as the 'master' account and select 'Merge' from the menu at the top of the page
2. Enter the email address of the account that you wish to merge under the 'master' account
3. An email will be sent to the email address entered asking the parent to accept the merge request. By clicking on accept, the waitlists will now be merged under the 'master' account.
