How Parents can Login and Pay an Outstanding Waitlist Fee

When parents request to become a part of your waitlist by filling out the full waitlist registration form, they are automatically emailed instructions on how to pay a waitlist fee. They can also login to the Parent Portal to find instructions.

When they login, any requests with an outstanding fee will be colour coded in orange. They then click on the arrow on the right hand side of the view button and select "Pay Waitlist Fee". This will then direct them to either your PayPal page or your bank EFT details page, depending on how your are collecting your waitlist fees. See below.
