To add a Lead status to Waitlisted status, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Leads icon on the top menu bar.
2. Find the Lead by using filter fields such as email address, tour status etc.
3. Click on the drop-down arrow and select Add to Waitlist
4. Complete all required fields and tick the Send Waitlist By Admin Email box if you wish to send the "New Lead" email template.
5. Once added, the lead will begin to be processed by the system for subsequent rapid searching and will be pinned to the top of the waitlist dashboard.
You can also add a child to the Waitlist directly from their Child Summary page.
1. Click on the Leads icon on the top menu bar.
2. Find the Lead to add by using filter fields such as email address, tour status etc.
3. Click the Carer Details icon to open the Child Summary.
4. Click "Add to Waitlist".
5. Complete all required fields shown with a red asterisk, and check the box if you wish to send the Waitlisted by Admin Email template. Click Submit.
6. The child has now been added to the Waitlist. The status in their Child Summary will show 'Waitlisted' and they will now be listed on the Waitlist Tab.
