Administrators have the option to manually put a profile to inactive status. You can also opt to or not send the Waitlist Reminder of Inactive Status automated email manually.
Via Waitlist Dashboard
Filter to locate the waitlist profile. On the right side, of the profile listing, under actions, click the Edit pencil button. This will provide a drop-down action so you can select INACTIVE.
Via Carer Summary / Profile
Locate the child's profile. At the upper right corner of the profile, there is a drop-down action selection where you can select Inactive
You will be redirected to a page to confirm the action. Tick the Send inactive email? box to send Waitlist Reminder of Inactive Status automated email. Otherwise, leave it unticked if you do not wish to send an email. Then click Inactive button.
If you opt to send an inactive email, this will be recorded in the Interactions in the profile. Otherwise, you will only see the status change to Inactive.
