I cannot see my waitlists or leads.
If your IT manager has implemented a firewall, it may filter out traffic that prevents results displaying in the system. This generally includes the results in your leads grid and waitlist grid.
To ensure your network is able to access data from MyWaitlist, please follow the steps below and pass them onto your IT manager:
