I cannot see my tour time slots on my website tour booking form.
Have you created a time slots for families to book a tour but they aren't appearing on your web form? See below for common errors that may be causing this issue.
- Check your Tour Calendar Settings - is there a minimum lead-up time before a family can book a tour?
- Check your Tour Calendar Settings - is there an attendee limit i.e. a limit on the number of families that can book per timeslot? If so, has another family already booked this timeslot?
- Check your Tour Calendar Set Up - are there any blockouts covering this time period?
- Ensure you have configured the correct timezone for your centre's tours.
Select Settings in the header menu, choose your centre and then edit the timezone under the 'Centre Profile' menu.
