How to Create and Send a Bulk Offer Campaign – Help Centre

What is a bulk offer campaign?

A bulk offer campaign allows centres to send a letter of offer to multiple families on your waitlist. It is the same process as sending a single offer, however you have the added benefit of tracking the deliverability of your offer and analysing each family's engagement by viewing the campaign report and analytics.

Once you have sent a bulk offer, each child included in the campaign will be switched from a 'waitlisted' state to an 'offered' state.

How to send a bulk offer campaign?

1. Click Campaigns in the header menu

2. Click Campaigns in the left-hand sub-menu

3. Click Create Campaign blue button and select Single Campaign in the drop-down menu

4. Use the filter function to create a criteria to select a segment from your waitlist database

5. Click Preview button to view the list of recepients based on the chosen filters

6. Once happy, click Next button

7. Complete the form fields on the left-hand side of the screen.

- Checkbox 1: Offer Campaign - This will send bulk offers to your distribution list
- Title - Your reference for the campaign
- Subject - The email subject the recipient will see
- From Name, From Email and Reply Email - These details should be prepopulated. If you have selected a single centre for your distribution list, then the centre's details will be prepopulated.
  Note, an offer campaign is always sent on behalf of a centre.

The domain of the From Email can not be edited i.e. mywaitlist.net.au. By using this domain, your email campaign is automatically authenticated, thus improving the deliverability rate. If you would like to set-up your own custom domain, please contact your MyWaitlist Account Manager.

8. Select your template on the right-hand side using the drop-down menu, and edit as desired. Ensure your offer template includes the appropriate placeholders such as child name, offered days, bond amount etc.

9. Once happy, click Next button
