A Service logo will appear in the top left-hand corner when using MyWaitlist. Additionally, when families edit their waitlist request within the parent portal, the service's logo will be shown. Finally, adding a logo means administrators now have a permanent asset to add to their email templates and signature when required.
To check / add in your Logo
Adding a Logo
1. Click on Settings in the header menu and Edit on the selected service.
2. Navigate to the Theme tab under the Centre Profile menu.
3. Select the file and click Upload. (The system only accepts PNG and JPEG files)
4. Once uploaded, select Apply to apply changes.
Note: Communications such as templates, campaigns and emails containing the placeholder @{Logo} will capture the file uploaded here.
