Administrators are able to set and view tasks within their MyWaitlist system. To view the task list, admins will:
1. Navigate to Dashboard
2. Select Overdue Tasks
3. Select the first menu item, Tasks
4. Administrators are able to filter the families accounts their are viewing by apply one, some or all of the filtering options listed.
5. Results will populate under the Task list
6. Administrators will be able to download their data into a CSV report
7. To Add and/or View notes, select the + icon inline with the account.
8. To Edit a task, select the note icon, edit the task and press submit once completed.
9. Selecting the Carer Icon, administrators will be navigated to the Carer Details screen.
10. Finally, the pencil icon will enable administrators to
- Send SMS
- Compose Email
- Delete
