Why are they useful?
Custom or priority questions are particularly useful if you prioritise enrolments based on additional factors such as a caregiver's employment or student status. They are also useful if you wish to gather additional data from your families, such as food allergies or special requirements.
Note: Priority questions can not be added to the Waitlist or Lead group forms. You can add up to 5 custom questions.
In setting up the questions, there are 3 information that need to be filled out per question:
- Label: This label will name a drop-down menu on your waitlist filter from the dashboard.
- Question: This text will appear as questions on your lead or waitlist form
- Answers: Answers you enter here will be selectable from a drop-down on your form as well as on your dashboard filter. Use a comma to separate selectable answers. Families can select one answer only per question.
