Capturing potential new leads and adding children to your waitlist is made easy within the MyWaitlist system. To get started, centres first need to decide which form they would like to use. There are three different forms on offer:
- Lead Form
- Waitlist Form
- Long Waitlist Registration Form
- Tour Booking Form
Services are able to use an individual form or a combination of any of the three at their discretion. These forms are able to be embedded into the services website for families to easily access.

The tour booking form requires the same field as the waitlist form. Carers also starts as waitlisted status. This form requires parents to book a tour.
