Which form do I use?
There are three forms you can use to capture leads & waitlists.
1) Lead Forms
2) Waitlist Forms (also known as Quick Enquiry Form)
2) Long Waitlist Registration Form
You can use any / all methods on your company website or opt for one. See the following table to compare the differences:
|Long Registration Form||Waitlist/Quick Enquiry Form||Lead Forms|
|Account creation required i.e. username and password before submitting a waitlist request||No account creation required before submitting an enquiry||No account creation required before submitting an enquiry|
|3-step form with detailed information for carer to complete||Fewer fields for carer to complete than the long registration form, but includes mandatory fields such as child name, date of birth, start date, days required and referral source||Only requires name and email address. All other fields can be included as required.|
|Form can not be embedded onto websites. You can paste a link on your website and parents must login before completing your form.||Form which can be embedded directly onto company websites||Form which can be embedded directly onto company websites|
|Long process||Quick and simple||Fastest possible lead capture process|
|Ideal for those who require leads to complete as much information as possible||Increase lead capture as no password needs to be created and email does not need to be verified||Maximise lead capture rates by minimising required fields|
|Automated and customisable email response||Automated and customisable email response||Automated and customisable email response|
|All requests are automatically marked as waitlisted||Incoming enquiries are automatically marked as waitlisted. However, administrators have the option of approving incoming enquiries and marking them as pending first.||Incoming leads go into the lead category and admin needs qualify the lead, gathering more information in order to add to waitlist.|

Setting up the Long Waitlist Registration Form
When you create a Mywaitlist account, a unique URL (Internet link) will be created for you. You should place this link somewhere prominently on your website. If you are unable to update your website yourself, you may need to ask whoever built your website to do this for you. If you do not have a website, you can simply email this link to parents who wish to go on your waitlist.
Parents will then be able to create a username and password, submit a waitlist request and come back at any time to update their waitlist.
1. Click on the settings icon in the top right hand side of any page
On the left hand side menu you will find Long Waitlist Form tab, click on it. You will see a "Waitlist Link" for you to copy and paste onto your website or email to parents. Ensure that you have configured settings such as 'Booking Policies' and 'Additional Priority Questions'.
