Capturing potential new leads and adding children to your waitlist is made easy within the MyWaitlist system. To get started, centres first need to decide which form they would like to use. There are three different forms on offer:
- Lead Forms
- Waitlist Forms
- Long Waitlist Registration Form
Services are able to use an individual form or a combination of any of the three at their discretion. These forms are able to be embedded into the services website for families to easily access.
The following table outlines the three various forms:

All requests are automatically marked as waitlisted | Incoming enquiries are automatically marked as waitlisted.
