What is the Waitlist Form?
- A form in which families only have to enter a few key pieces of contact and care information, maximising lead capture
- Families do not have to create an account with a username and password before submitting a waitlist request
-
Enquiries are automatically added as waitlisted into the system (you can also set them to pending and approve all incoming enquiries)
-
Families are sent a "Thank you for your Enquiry" automated email. Services can customise this email template.
- With the exception of the custom/priority questions, the required fields in the waitlist form cannot be edited. These are the minimum required information by the system for a family to be on the waitlist.
Setting up the Waitlist Form
This form may be displayed on your website, social media or online marketing campaigns such as Google Ads. Each Waitlist Form that you create will have its own generated HTML code for embedding in your website.
1. Navigate to and select the Settings tab from the header menu.
2. Select the service you wish to manage by selecting the Edit action button.
3. Click New Waitlist Form to create a new form.
4. Enter all the relevant information for your Waitlist Form, then click the Save Settings button.
-
Title – Title of your waitlist form
-
Centres – A drop-down menu will appear to select the centre(s) within your account. For a multi-services account, you can select more locations to create a group waitlist form.
-
Landing Page URL – A link to a page where families will be directed to after a successful enquiry submission, e.g. “Thank you for your enquiry” page created by your website manager.
-
URL for Custom CSS - You may style your Waitlist Form with your design, layout and colours. Reach out to your website manager for your custom CSS code. For more information, view this handy guide: Hosting your Custom CSS file for Forms
-
Allow Parents to Book Tour – You may redirect families to your Tour Calendar after a successful waitlist form submission. You can also allow tour bookings if a family's care preferences meet a specific set of criteria. You can discern families based on their care age or care date.
5. An HTML code will be generated, ready to use. Provide this code to your website manager for embedding into your website.
Allowing Families to Book A Tour after Submission - Configuration
See screenshot below for an example. In this example, if a family makes an enquiry and fits the age range between 0-24 months AND needs care within three months, they would be redirected to your Tour Calendar after a successful waitlist form submission.
Once you have saved your new Waitlist Form, your form’s unique HTML code will be generated and appear at the top of the page.

Note: By default, all form enquiries will be converted into the system and marked as Waitlisted. If you would like to turn this feature off and have these enquiries as Pending first, see Settings: Automation Settings
