For services integrated with Debit Success, administrators will be able to view their Debit Success Transactions. To navigate to this screen:
1. Select Settings
2. Select Debit Success Transactions from the left hand side menu
3. At the top of the screen, administrators will be able to use the Filtering tool to segment their viewed data.
4. Administrators will be able to View their transactions, segmented by their filtering options or, if no filters apply, all transactions will be visible in newest date order.
Please note: For Debit Success Transactions, It may take up to 2-3 business days (from date of transaction) for your bank to complete the transaction. After the processing period, the actual payment status will change to “Settled” from “Cleared”.
