For services integrated with Debit Success, administrators will be able to view their Debit Success Transactions. To navigate to this screen:
1. Select Settings
2. Select Debit Success Transactions from the left-hand side menu
3. At the top of the screen, you can Filter based on the parents' name, waitlist status, payment type, and payment status. You can also filter based on the date range of the transaction date.
4. By default, the transaction will appear based on the newest to the oldest transaction. This report can also be exported.
Please note: For Debit Success Transactions, it may take up to 2-3 business days (from the date of the transaction) for your bank to complete the transaction. After the processing period, the actual payment status will change from “Cleared” to “Settled”.
