What is the Tour Booking Form?
- This form requires parents to book a tour.
- A form in which families only have to enter a few key pieces of contact and care information, maximising lead capture
- Families do not have to create an account with a username and password before submitting a waitlist request
- Enquiries are automatically added as waitlisted into the system (you can also set them to pending and approve all incoming enquiries)
- Families are sent a "Thank you for your Enquiry" automated email. Services can customise this email template.
- With the exception of the custom/priority questions, the required fields in the waitlist form cannot be edited. These are the minimum required information by the system for a family to be on the waitlist.
Setting up the Tour Booking Form
- Ensure that you have created your Tour Calendar and added tour slots first. To set up your tour calendar, check this handy guide: How to Set Up a Tour Booking Calendar with Time Slots
- You can find your Tour Booking Form HTML via Tours > Settings
