What is a Lead?
A lead is a family who has expressed interest in your service but is not yet ready to be placed on your waitlist. You can manually add a lead in your Leads grid, or you can use the online Lead Form on your website. The Lead Form is customisable and does not require families to complete the waitlist and child information.
Why is it useful to capture leads?
At times, you may have walk-ins, phone calls, web enquiries, or events where you gain minimal information from a family, such as just their first name and email address. The leads feature will allow you the opportunity to track and record these families in one place. You can send them email campaigns and record interactions with the goal to eventually adding them to the waitlist and enrolling them in your service.
Creating a Customisable Lead Form
Note: The form's minimum required information is email and carer's first name only. You can add/delete fields depending on how much information you require from the family. To create your Lead Form, follow these steps:
1. Select the Settings tab from the header menu.
2. Select the service you wish to manage by selecting the Edit action button.
3. Click on Lead Forms in the left-hand side menu
4. Click on New Lead Form to create your lead form.
5. Enter all the relevant information for your Lead Form, then click the Save Settings button.

- Centres – A drop-down menu will appear to select the centre(s) within your account. For a multi-services account, you can select more locations to create a group waitlist form.

- Button Text - Refers to the label you want the call to action button to appear as e.g. 'Submit', 'Next', 'Register Now" etc.
- URL for Custom CSS - You may style your Waitlist Form with your design, layout and colours. Reach out to your website manager for your custom CSS code. For more information, view this handy guide: Hosting your Custom CSS file for Forms
- Allow Parents to Book Tour – You may redirect families to your Tour Calendar after a successful waitlist form submission. You can also allow tour bookings if a family's care preferences meet a specific set of criteria. You can discern families based on their care age or care date.
