How to Set-up Tour Booking Rules

1. Click ‘Tours’ on the header menu
2. Click ‘Settings’ on the LH menu bar
3. Default settings are tabled below in the screenshot - configure your settings.
4. Click 'Save' to complete.

Note: SMS will not be sent unless the SMS notification feature is turned on.

Furthermore, if you choose not to send a follow-up email/SMS, families will not receive the ‘Feedback Survey’.
