HOW TO CREATE MULTIPLE TOUR CALENDARS
MyWaitlist will allow you to create multiple tour calendars. To do so:
- Click ‘Tours’ on the header menu
- Click ‘Calendar Set-up’ on the left-hand menu bar
- Click the ‘Add Calendar’ button from your current existing one
4. Populate the data fields (title, admin email, and mobile phone number). Note: Make sure that you name the additional calendar differently so carers/admins can pick out the correct calendar

Once completed, a dropdown with your current calendars will be visible
HOW TO EDIT/DELETE TOUR CALENDARS
1. Select the Calendar you'd like to edit or delete
2. Click the dropdown button beside the Add Calendar, then select whether you'd want to edit or delete the selected Calendar
The Edit button will allow you to rename the calendar and change the email and mobile number for your service's tour notification
When you want to delete a calendar, you will be prompted to confirm this action by pressing the 'Delete' button.
