How to View the Results of a Family’s Tour Feedback Survey

1. Locate the family’s waitlist application or lead enquiry
2. On the child profile, locate the Tours section by scrolling down
3. Locate the booked tour in the tour grid and click the eye/view details icon.
   
   

3. Scroll-down on the pop-up window and scroll-down to Tour Rating

You can also access the tour via the Reports section.

1. Click Reports in the header menu

2. Click Detailed Tour Feedback on the left-hand menu

NOTE: This report can be downloaded as a CSV file. This will allow you to view the full tour feedback comment.
