If a service is using the long waitlist form, the form link is either posted on their website or provided by the centre administrators. To register for the centre, parents must follow the steps below:
- Open the waitlist form link from the centre website or the link provided by the centre administrator.
- The parent will then be redirected to the centre-specific parent portal sign-up, as shown below.
- If you are a new parent to MyWaitlist, you can register in the Create an Account section.
- For parents who have an existing parent portal account, simply log in using the Existing Users section.
3. Complete the required fields in the form. This form consists of 3 sections.
- Carers contact information
- Child child's details
- Care Needs days of care required
4. Click Submit or Submit and make payment (when a service charges a waitlist fee) to complete the registration.
Note: If there are required fields that are missed, parents will not be able to submit the registration. An error message will appear in a red box above to indicate what information is missing.
If a waitlist fee is required, parents will be redirected to the payment page.
5. Once completed, parents should be able to view their child's profile in the waitlist
