1. Select Settings in the header menu. Then click Edit to select the service you wish to update.
2. Select Automation Settings on the left-hand side menu then select No - I would like them to start in a pending state until I approve them. You can select this for the Waitlist Form or the Long Waitlist Registration Form, depending on what form your service is using.
3. Click Apply.
You will receive email alerts each time a family submits a waitlist request (see below). You may approve the waitlist request directly from the email by using the action button(s).
Filtering your Pending Waitlists
Select Waitlist in the header menu. By default, the system will show the active waitlists. To view the pending watilists, clear your Status filter to show other statuses.
