How to Cancel an Offer

If you have offered or confirmed a place, you can cancel this status which will move the request back to the waitlisted state. This waitlisted state ensures you can make other future offers. There are two ways to do so.

Via Waitlist Dashboard

Filter to locate the waitlist profile.  On the right side, of the profile listing, under actions, click the Edit pencil button. This will provide a drop-down action so you can select CANCEL OFFER.

Via Carer Summary / Profile

Locate the child's profile. At the upper right corner of the profile, there is a drop-down action selection where you can select Cancel Offer.

You will be returned to the waitlist summary page where the canceled offer is viewable in the interaction history. The child profile is moved from Offered back to Waitlisted.

Finally, the request will then be highlighted in pink when viewing all of your applications in list view. This ensures users are aware that this application had a previous offer of place and was cancelled.
