You can connect your Waitlist or Lead Form to your Tour Booking Calendar. This allows parents to fill out the MyWaitlist form from your website and book a tour afterward. After submitting, they should be able to view the centre's tour calendar. This is assuming that you have already created tour slots. How to connect your Waitlist Form and Tour Booking Form:
1. Select Settings in the header menu. Then click Waitlist Forms on the left-hand sub menu.
2. Select the Waitlist Form you would like to edit by clicking on the pencil button
3. Check the box Allow Parents to Book Tour and create some conditional rules based on a child’s care age and care date required if needed.
4. Click Save Settings.
For Multi-Centre Forms
If you have checked the box 'Allow parents to book tours' in your group enquiry form, then the family will be presented with the Tour Booking Form for each childcare service they selected.
