Reactivate an Inactive Waitlist

Via Waitlist Dashboard

Click on the Waitlist icon on the top menu bar. Clear the filter in the Status field and wait for it to load. Then select the Status Inactive.

On the right side, of the profile listing, under actions, click the Edit pencil button. This will provide a drop-down action so you can select REACTIVATE.

Via Carer Summary / Profile

Locate the child's profile. At the upper right corner of the profile, you can select Reactivate.

Reactivate an Expired Lead

Click on the Leads icon on the top menu bar. Untick Hide Expired Lead then wait for the system to pull the inactive ones. Then filter tag to Expired Lead

Open the profile you want to remove as an expired lead. Then remove the expired lead tag. The tags field will auto-save.
