Moving Statuses from Started Back to Waitlisted

When a place is confirmed, the waitlist application will move to a ‘Started’ state on that child’s first day of enrolment. However, you may need to move this application back to ‘Waitlisted’ in the future.

This might occur if a child has started and then left a service but subsequently wishes to return and reapply for a place. Here's a guide on how to do

Locate the waitlist profile that you wish to move back from Started to Waitlisted. Click the Waitlist button from the action menu in the top right-hand corner

When a waitlist is moved from a ‘Started’ to a ‘Waitlisted’ state it will be recorded in the interaction history.
