To perform a super fast search of your Waitlist, just make a selection from the various drop-down menus.
For Watilist, you can filter according to:
- Centres (for global users who have access to multiple centres)
- Parent or Child Name, Phone or Email
- Tour Status (i.e. booked, completed, no-show, cancelled)
- Tags Tags are short words or phrases to help you identify & filter specific profiles. There are automatic system tags and custom tags that an administrator can create. To create custom tags, you can follow this handy guide: Settings: Tags
- Service Type
- Status (i.e. lead, waitlist, offered, confirmed, started, inactive) You can clear the status field to view other available statuses. The system will show the waitlist status by default.
- Sibling Status
- Admin Notes
- Days Required
- Priority of Access Criteria and Priority Level
- Offer Expiry
- Registration Date and Care Date
- Care Age and Birth age
- Priority Questions If you have set priority questions on your forms, the questions will appear as a filter as well. To set your priority questions, you can follow this handy guide: Settings: Priority Questions
For Leads, you can filter according to:

Handy Tips:
- After filtering, make sure to click
- When you choose a drop-down option, you'll notice a pre-calculated count of every option so you know your numbers at a glance
- The age sliders allow you to quickly filter "from" and "to" ages with a simple click of the mouse.
Global Search is a handy tool to search for your software settings, options, and specific profiles. If you need a quick search, the global search will find the record for you whether it is in active or inactive status. This is very helpful if you cannot find a profile and you are unaware of their status.
