1. Locate your lead in the Leads tab
2. Click on the edit/pencil button next to your lead's entry on the right-hand side. Click the drop-down menu and select Edit
3. Edit the fields and click the Update button to save the changes.
5. A confirmation message will appear to confirm that changes were successfully updated. The page will refresh and the lead's carer summary page will appear.
You can also edit the lead inside the carer summary page. Select the edit/pencil button at the right-hand corner of the Care Requirements section or as shown below. Enter the relevant updates and click the Update button to save the changes.
