How to Unsubscribe a Contact

1. Search for your contact and view their carer summary page.

2. Mark the checkbox 'Do Not SMS' under Subscriptions

3. You will notice the button 'Compose SMS' will no longer appear above their SMS transactions grid, located further down the page.

This contact will also be excluded from future bulk SMS actions.
