How to Unsubscribe a Contact via Email

1. Search for your contact in your Lead/Waitlist tab and view their carer summary page.

1. Select the Subscribed button in the profile. The contact is unsubscribed if the profile is showing the button instead.

Note: Unsubscribed families will not receive automated emails, waitlist reminders, campaigns, or bulk emails.

How to Unsubscribe a Contact SMS

1. Tick Do Not SMS under Subscriptions

3. You will notice the button Compose SMS is no longer available above their SMS transactions grid, located further down the page.

Note: This contact will also be excluded from future bulk SMS actions.
