Quickly Reviewing Admin Notes

Would you like to quickly know about the last contact made with a family without having to go into each individual waitlist? Follow the steps below.

1. Click on the ‘Waitlist’ icon in the top header menu
   
   
   
2. Hover over the ‘view’ buttons in your waitlist grid. A pop-up menu will appear as your mouse remains still. This pop-up menu will show you the last three admin notes relating to the child’s waitlist.
   
   Note: It does not show you system interactions e.g. waitlist reminder emails.
