Settings: SMS

MyWaitlist allows services to communicate with families via SMS.

Note: SMS is charged at 20 cents per text message. The system can only send outgoing SMS and will not be able to receive SMS replies.

To turn this feature on:

1. Click on Settings in the header menu and Edit on the selected service.

2. Select  SMS Settings on the left-hand side menu

3. Configure the settings by selecting the preference for the two options.

A) Enable/Disable sending ad hoc SMS for contacts
B) Enable/Disable sending SMS for tour notifications, e.g., confirmations, reminders, cancellations, rescheduled, and no-shows.

5. Select Apply to save changes
