Administrators are able to communicate with families via SMS. To have this feature turned on into their MyWaitlist system, administrators can navigate as follows:
1. Select 'Settings' in the header menu
2. Select 'Edit' next to the centre name
3. Select SMS Settings on the left-hand side menu
4. Configure the settings by selecting preference for the two options.
A) Enable/Disable sending adhoc sms for contacts
B) Enable/Disable sending sms for tour scheduling e.g. confirmations, reminders, cancellations, reschedules and no-show
5. Select 'Apply' to embed into the MyWaitlist profile.
