The Dashboard summarises your waitlist(s) and allows you to segment your waitlist according to teaching rooms. It is the quickest and fastest way to break down your centre's waitlist and to fill vacancies.
You can view your dashboard in two ways (you may need to click on the bar graph for the views to appear):
- Time to Care (Immediacy of care – it is calculated on care age)
- Status (pending, offered, confirmed, started)
To switch between these views, use the toggle bar located above your dashboard graph.

You can also click on the legend at the bottom of your chart to further filter your criteria. Examples below:
Group Dashboard Reporting Hierarchy for Multi-Service Accounts
You can contact our support team to set up a Reporting Hierarchy. You may like to view your dashboard and subsequent reports according to different reporting areas such as: regions, states, area managers, state, areas, brand, etc.
The group hierarchy has 3 levels of reporting. Please see below for a sample of the reporting hierarchy. You can click on the bar graph of your selected tier for a drilled-down report under the group.
Level 1 High-level tier (i.e., regions, states, area managers, state, areas, brand, etc.)
Level 2 via state/high-level tier and its associated centres
Level 3 via individual service
