Tours Report

What does the report show?

The Tour Report counts the number of tours on a weekly basis. It is presented in a line graph. Tour Reports should be interpreted in context of each centre’s tour policy.

What is it useful for?

• identifying trends in demand
• evaluating the success of any past marketing initiatives
• Level of sales / tour activity at a centre level
• Leading indicator of occupancy

Use the filter function to narrow your criteria. Reach out to our support team about setting up a Reporting Hierarchy. For multi-service accounts and top-level users, you may like to view your waitlist information according to state, areas, regions etc.

You may also select and unselect the tour status legends below the graph to show only specific tour status reports. For example, the selection below will only show the graph for Completed, as the others are unselected.
