What does the report show?
The Tour Report counts the number of tours on a weekly basis. It is presented in a line graph. Tour Reports should be interpreted in context of each centre’s tour policy.
What is it useful for?
- identifying trends in demand
- evaluating the success of any past marketing initiatives
- Level of sales / tour activity at a centre level
- Leading indicator of occupancy
Use the filter function to narrow your criteria. See your account manager about setting up a Reporting Hierarchy. For multi-service accounts and top-level users, you may like to view your waitlist information according to state, areas, regions etc.
