If your MyWaitlist Platform is set up DebitSuccess, you can send the family an Offer, and request a Bond/Waitlist Fee be paid to accept the place at the Centre.
The Bond Payment Link is valid for 15 days. However, the Offer Expiry always takes precedence.
For example, if the offer is set to expire in 24 hours, the parent must complete the bond payment before the offer expires (within 23 hours and 59 minutes).
Once the offer has expired, both the Offer and the Bond Payment Link become invalid, even if the 15-day validity period for the bond link has not yet been reached. The parent will no longer be able to use the Bond Payment Link to make a payment.
If the parent did not make the payment by the expiry date, you will need to go back and Edit the Offer.
