Troubleshooting: Password Reset

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

There are three main ways in which you can change your password:

1. Use the password reset link on the MyWaitlist login page. Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven't received your reset email. 

2. For centres part of a larger group, you can ask your manager to change your password. Your manager may have access to Users in their settings. They can follow this handy guide: User Management: Change Password 

3. Reach out to our support team via support@mywaitlist.com.au to assist with the password reset.
