Why is my form not working on my website?
Your online forms may not work for the following reasons:
1. You have embedded the wrong HTML code on your website.
Ensure you have pasted the correct iframe HTML code. You can locate your lead forms here and your waitlist forms here. You can locate your tour booking forms here.
2. Your account is in arrears.
Ensure all past invoices have been paid. If you pay via credit card, you can update your billing settings here by following these steps. If you pay via direct invoice, you can email admin@mywaitlist.com.au for assistance and provide your billing details.
3. Your tour calendar has no time slots (Tour Booking Form only)
Please ensure that you have set up your tour calendar for families to book a tour appointment. You can follow this handy step-by-step guide by clicking How to Set Up a Tour Booking Calendar with Time Slots.
4. Your account is a trial version.
If you are using a trial version of the system and would like to continue your subscription. You can choose your plan and update your billing settings here.
