Troubleshooting: Multi Centre Sign Up FAQ's

I have another centre that would like to use MyWaitlist. How do I sign them up?

For Single Services:

1. Visit https://mywaitlist.com.au/pricing
2. Select your subscription package by clicking Select Plan
3. Follow the prompts and enter your billing information. Please ensure you enter a unique email address for each new centre. 

For Multiple Services (3+ centres):

1. Download the spreadsheet attachment located at the end of this article.
2. Complete all details in both tabs.
   
   Tab 1 - Centre Details
   Tab 2 - User Details
   
   *Kindly note, all centres must have their own unique email address. 
   
   
3. Send the completed spreadsheet back to support@mywaitlist.com.au
4. Our Friendly Support Team will create your accounts. Once created, you will then need to log in and enter your billing information. Your account will be disabled within a short period of time if there is no billing information entered.
